1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 12:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Identification

Valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

No-shows or late cancellations will incur one night’s charge (varies by rate plan

4. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in rooms.

Designated smoking areas are available. Violation may attract cleaning charges.

5. Alcohol & Drugs

Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in rooms or designated areas.

Use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

6. Visitors

Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.

Any visitor must register at the front desk with valid ID.

7. Noise & Conduct

Please maintain noise levels to avoid disturbing other guests.

Loud music, shouting, or unruly behavior is not allowed, especially after 10:00 PM.

8. Damages & Liability

Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property caused by them.

The hotel is not responsible for loss/theft of personal belonging

9. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

10. Safety & Security

Always lock your room when leaving.

For emergencies, contact the front desk or dial the provided in-room number.

11. Housekeeping

Housekeeping service is provided daily between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign if you do not want service.

12. Environmental Responsibility

Please help us conserve water and electricity.

Towels and linens are changed every two days unless requested earlier.
