Terms & Conditions for TripTodayIndia

Effective Date: June 7, 2025

Welcome to TripToday India (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking any travel services (including but not limited to tours, accommodations, transportation, or activities) through TripToday India, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2 A minimum deposit (amount may vary per package) must be paid to confirm a booking.
1.3 Full payment must be completed [X days] prior to the departure date, unless otherwise specified.
1.4 Payments can be made via [insert modes: bank transfer, UPI, credit card, etc.].

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellations by the client must be submitted in writing.
2.2 Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 30+ days before departure: [10%] of total cost

  • 15–29 days: [50%]

  • Less than 15 days: [100%], no refund

2.3 No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
2.4 In case of cancellation by TripToday India due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternate arrangement will be provided.

3. Travel Documents

3.1 The client is responsible for possessing valid identification, passport, visa, and other travel documents.
3.2 We are not liable for refusal of entry or boarding due to documentation issues.

4. Itinerary and Changes

4.1 Itineraries are indicative and may change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen factors.
4.2 TripToday India reserves the right to amend or cancel activities, hotels, or travel arrangements as necessary, with suitable alternatives provided.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 You must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to travel.
5.3 TripToday India is not liable for health-related issues arising during the trip.

6. Liability

6.1 We act as an intermediary for services provided by third-party vendors and are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of such parties.
6.2 We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).

7. Conduct

7.1 Clients are expected to behave respectfully and abide by local laws and regulations.
7.2 TripToday India reserves the right to remove any client who causes disruption or danger to others, with no refund.

8. Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and baggage. TripToday India is not responsible for losses that would otherwise be covered by insurance.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of trip completion.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [City/State], India.

10. Use of Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of your photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing in advance.
